Blueberry Vanilla Yogurt Popsicles

Living in Arizona, you always have to be ready for the heat. That includes yummy summer treats! My mom always used to make me and my younger siblings homemade popsicles. My favorite were her blueberry vanilla yogurt. Her recipe includes: 3 1/2 cups of vanilla yogurt, 2 cups of fresh blueberries, and 1 tbsp honey, and popsicle molds. This recipes make about ten popsicles.

In a medium bowl mix blueberries and honey together and set aside. In a blender, blend blueberries and 2 cups of vanilla yogurt until a smooth consistency. Fill popsicle molds with left over vanilla yogurt evenly. layer blueberry mixture on top. Freeze popsicles until completely frozen. When you are ready to enjoy your delicious treat, my family has always ran the bottom portion of the popsicle molds under warm water for a few seconds so the popsicle slides out easily.
